Our beginning...
The SE Kansas Museum Alliance was created in March of 2019 as an organization to mutually benefit museums in SE Kansas. Through collaboration, education, and support, we work together to promote activities, mutually beneficial projects and educate members on various topics. We work together to develop tourism and advocate preserving our local histories.

Mission
The Mission of the SEK Museum Alliance is to work together to support the museums of Southeast Kansas through promoting their events and activities, sharing resources, and providing learning opportunities to advance our unique histories while promoting tourism in our region.
